Monitor your pet when feeding any chewing sticks or other treats and make sure to provide plenty of fresh water. Introduce chewing sticks gradually – limit to 1 stick per day for the first 3-6 days to avoid an upset stomach. Bully sticks are high in protein and if your dog is not used to a high protein diet this sudden change could cause an upset stomach initially if an excessive amount is offered. As your dog chews on our bully sticks, the natural scent might become more pronounced as moisture is reintroduced into the stick.
